The same way they exped in King Ranperre's Tomb... On monsters that drop HNM amount of gold because they know nobody else is there yet but then forget to remove it then streamers go down because they saw speed runners exping there and the streamers get 5k gil (Each player in the 6 man party got 5k gil) from killing a bat 3 different times on stream. Then a GM shows up and shuts down the zone.. On stream to reset it.

You have resources online to find out the time where it will be full moon. It's not that hard; even more so now that people already have the access to go back there. Just ask them to open the moon gate for you so you can go back there and get one. I guess you'd have to have friends to do that though.

I think you are underestimating how autistic some of the members in Kipling's group are. Vac in particular. That linkshell most likely shares information with each other once they discover something. It's not some big conspiracy theory like you're thinking.

Since you seem to have some sources, can you get this magical SoMeOnE to look up in the code and find out where Enlight is? I think your time would be better spent maybe leveling your job past 40 then folding tinfoil hats
