We set up a party, and then you say you need to buy food?
Why are you playing the game and flagging up? Go to the grocery store first before you seek a party.
Have a snack on standby if you really need to. Don't flag up if you're starving.

Why do people decide that getting invited to a party is the time to start buying food or get food?

Why do people decide that getting invited to a party is the time to start buying food or get food?

I've been flagged for hours at a time before, and usually right when I'm about to head out to get a drink or make food is when I get an invite. I usually let folks know I was planning on heading out to grab something and it will only take 10 minutes, if they are fine with that I'll join. If not, no worries.
